The sportsman permits are among Utah's most prized hunting permits, and the time is running out to apply for the 2022 sportsman permits. Georgia dove hunters in Franklin County have a new public hunting location available this season. The Chapman Farm Voluntary Public Access (VPA) area is a 303-acre piece of property located near Martin, Ga that will open to dove hunters beginning November 20, 2021, according to the Georgia DNR. Georgia hunters in Dade County have a new public hunting location available this season. The Charles B. Henson Voluntary Public Access (VPA) area is a 786-acre piece of property located near Trenton, Ga that will open to hunters beginning November 1, 2021, according to the Georgia DNR’ Wildlife Resources Division (WRD). Nov. 1 was opening day of Kansas 2021 trout season. More than 30 waters are being stocked with rainbow trout, providing anglers across the state with winter fishing opportunities. As of Nov 1st, Georgia’s 2021 delayed harvest trout streams are in full swing. While trout fishing can be found year-round in Georgia, there are five trout streams that are seasonally managed under special regulations called Delayed Harvest (DH) to increase angler success.
