National Fishing and Boating Week -- June 4-12, 2022 -- During National Fishing and Boating Week, most states offer free fishing days. These are days where anglers are allowed to fish on public bodies of water without a fishing license.
Alabama -- Second Saturday in June - June 11, 2022
Arizona -- First Saturday in June. June 4, 2022 - Part of National Fishing and Boating Week. Kids younger than 10 can fish for free all year long in Arizona.
Arkansas -- Second Full weekend in June - June 10-12, 2022
California -- First Saturday in July - Saturday July 2 and Saturday September 3, 2022
Colorado -- First weekend of June. June 4-5, 2022
Connecticut -- Saturday, May 12, 2022 - CT offers 2 free fishing license days Sunday June 12 and Saturday Aug 11
DC -- First full week of June - Saturday, June 4 to Sunday, June 12, 2022
Delaware -- First weekend of June. June 4-5, 2022
