Alabama Angler Breaks 38-Year-Old-Saltwater Record   Alabama angler Brian Andrews 132-pound, 12.8-ounce amberjack will take the record after the  certification process is complete. The big fish measured 65 inches from the tip of its snout to the fork of its tail and sported a 40-inch girth. Andrews was aboard Capt.
