The Pennsylvania Board of Game Commissioners will start accepting applications for the 2020 elk hunting season mid-June and closes July 31. Apply Online. The Pennsylvania Automated License System (PALS) is the site to apply for the elk license drawing and check the status of your application. Apply for 1, 2 or all 3 seasons - Each application costs $11.90, applying for all three seasons would cost a total of $35.70.
