Oregon Anglers Have Opportunity for Prizes with Tagged Trout at 2 Reservoirs

ODFW is releasing tagged hatchery rainbow trout into Galesville and Cooper Creek reservoirs in the next few weeks, and anglers who catch them have a chance to net a $50 gift card. Galesville and Cooper Creek reservoirs will be stocked with tagged trout as part of the Tag Team Program. The program helps biologists better understand trout stocking efforts and manage the fisheries to increase angler success. It also helps biologists know which stock of trout performs the best.
