AGFC Reminds Hunters to Get HIP as the 2020-21 Duck Hunting Season Opens

Arkansas 2020-21 Duck hunting Season opened Nov 21. AGFC is reminding waterfowl hunters that is mandatory to get HIP (Harvest Information Program registration) before going afield. Every year a handful of them forget their most important pieces of equipment: a valid hunting license, including federal and state duck stamps and Harvest Information Program registration.
